Week 2 Goals

My week two goals were to get in 30 mins of cardio 3 days this week, eat breakfast w/in 45 mins of waking and drink 80 oz of water daily. I also wanted to try one of the classes offered at my gym. Since I didnt make it to the gym 3 times last week, I started my week on Sunday and got in 45 mins on the elliptical machine. I was off on Tuesday for Veteran’s Day and set an aggressive goal of attending 2 classes. The first was Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga: very interesting, but I’ve got to tell ya, I am no longer flexible! The positions I was in didnt look like the instructor or anyone else in the class.

Week One Goals

Hello to everyone at buddyslim! I’m really hoping the online network of support will help me achieve my goals this time. I’m starting with baby steps this week. I’ve done the whole workout for 3 hours a day and follow a strict diet of 1000 calories thing. So this week my goals are simple: do 30 minutes of cardio 3 days, drink 80 ounces of water and eat breakfast within 45 mins of waking. Have a fabulous week everyone and wish me luck! :)
