Week 2 Goals
My week two goals were to get in 30 mins of cardio 3 days this week, eat breakfast w/in 45 mins of waking and drink 80 oz of water daily. I also wanted to try one of the classes offered at my gym. Since I didnt make it to the gym 3 times last week, I started my week on Sunday and got in 45 mins on the elliptical machine. I was off on Tuesday for Veteran’s Day and set an aggressive goal of attending 2 classes. The first was Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga: very interesting, but I’ve got to tell ya, I am no longer flexible! The positions I was in didnt look like the instructor or anyone else in the class.
